At flourishdelor.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to feel confident in trying our hair growth products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your options and how we can help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1 New, Unopened Products

Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if:

  • They are in new, unused, and unopened condition
  • Packaging is intact
  • All accessories, samples, and promotional items are included

1.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

1.3 Hair-Growth Consumables (Serums, Supplements, Topicals, Oils)

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned, except in cases of:

  • Damage during shipping
  • Product quality issues
  • Allergic reactions (see section 1.4)

1.4 Allergic Reactions or Adverse Effects

If you experience an adverse reaction:

  • Stop use immediately
  • Contact our support team with photos and a description of your symptoms

We may offer a partial or full refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the situation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened hair serums, supplements, vitamins, or consumables
  • Digital products (eBooks, hair growth programs, downloadable guides)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products returned after the allowable timeframe
  • Products without proof of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship items back using the return label provided or your preferred shipping service (see section 4).
  4. Once received, your return will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
  5. Refunds will be issued after inspection (see section 5 for details).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item):
    We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customer’s choice (change of mind, no longer needed, bought by mistake):
    Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Return packages lost in transit (if shipped by customer’s own carrier) are not our responsibility.

5. Refunds

5.3 Deductions

6. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for unopened or defective items.
Exchanges follow the same timeline and conditions as returns.

7. Subscription Products

For recurring subscriptions:

  • You may cancel anytime through your account or by contacting support.
  • Already-shipped subscription orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund, unless defective or incorrect.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received
  • Lost in transit

We may request:

  • Confirmation of address
  • Photos of premises
  • A claim filed with the carrier

Replacements may be provided at our discretion.

9. International Orders

Policies for international customers:

  • Customs delays are not grounds for refunds
